Electronic Assembler | $20-$23/hr | Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM | Temp-to-Hire

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Electronic Assembler for a growing Medical Device manfacturer based in Aliso Viejo. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in medical device, electronics, or precision assembly environments who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality products.

• Status: Temp-to-Hire
• Pay: $20-$23/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Location: Onsite, Aliso Viejo

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to written instructions, schematics, and engineering drawings
• Perform precise hand assembly using small tools and equipment
• Follow established production procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product accuracy and workmanship
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate production records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work environment
• Identify and report assembly defects, quality concerns, or process issues
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical device industry, electronics manufacturing, or a related assembly environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions accurately
• Experience working with small parts and hand assembly tools
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, or schematics
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Reliable attendance and commitment to quality workmanship

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move materials up to 20 lbs
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for detailed assembly work
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and meet production expectations
